make sure the property is dust free

hoover and mop all floors and stairs

clean and polish all surfaces, in particular the following:

Clean all the Nooks & Crannies ~ Hallways, stairs, external doors, door tops, mirrors, windows (inside), window frames, window sills, cupboard (inside and out), shelves, sills, skirting boards, door stops, sockets, light switches, picture frames, glass panels, carpet cleaning and/or vacuum, upholstery cleaning. Spot clean walls and ceilings.     

Kitchen ~ Oven, oven extractor fan, microwave, fridge, freezer, worktops, cupboard doors, cupboard tops, floors, sinks, taps, waste bins.  

Bathrooms/Cloakrooms/Shower Rooms ~ Bath, tiles, shower screen, shower cubicle, waste pipes, toilet bowls, water pipes, basins. Clean and sanitise toilets.

Builder Cleans ~ Remove all labels from bathroom, windows, toilets and kitchen. Clean all floors and windows of any paint or plaster.
