Q: Do you employ your own cleaners?
A: Yes, all of our cleaners go through a detailed interview process.
Q: How can a customer communicate with their
cleaner if they have special requirements and the cleaner does their
work out of hours?
A: Each site has a customer care book that the customer can write in
to communicate with the cleaner and the cleaner can also write in to
communicate with the customer.
Q: Do you train and induct your employees?
A: Yes.
Q: What geographical areas do you cover?
A: Our client base is predominantly in the central belt of Scotland, but we can cover contacts throughout the UK.
Q: Do you take on any size project?
A: We are happy to provide a quote for any size project, no matter how
big or small. We are always available to visit your site, assess your
needs and prepare a detailed written quotation.
Q: Do you operate at weekends and Bank Holidays?
A. Yes, we work all year round.
Q: Do you have an ongoing Quality Assessment
procedure?
A. Yes. DOCs use monthly questionnaires for all clients for quality
control and feedback. We are also a registered centre for the British
Safety Council.
